Stan was helpful, personable, and patient. He had CarFaxes and service records for the work Silko put in, and was willing to go to management about price negotiations. Silko was very accommodating, and allowed me to finalize all of the forms online so that all I had to do in person was pick up the car. They also offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on some cars (which mine categorized under), and buy one-get one oil changes through their service center, which are unique perks. Silco Honda was very accommodating and Stanley Ennis was my sales person. Right from the start stan was attentive to my needs for the proper vehicle within my price range and miles on the vehicle. He also took into consideration my want for certain warranty's. Maurice Arnett in the business/ loan department was excellent also. They were very flexible and reasonable with numbers. Best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. I knew exactly what I was looking for wasn't pressured into buying else that I didn't want. The salesman I worked for was great and the financing tea I knew exactly what I was looking for wasn't pressured into buying else that I didn't want.
