I walked into East hills Jeep yesterday expecting to spend a few hours(4-6) dealing with typical Car Dealer BS ...This was absolutely not the case. My initial appointment was with Jesse but being a busy spend a few hours(4-6) dealing with typical Car Dealer BS ...This was absolutely not the case. My initial appointment was with Jesse but being a busy dealership and I having been late for my appointment jesse had to refer me to his associate Stan Ewing. Both of these gentlemen were consummate professionals. Never trying to put me in a vehicle I did not want or trying to force options I did not need. An easy sale! An easy buy ! I got exactly what I wanted plus some, and I paid a very good price.This all took less than 2 hours, and I even went home to have lunch while they prepared my new grand cherokee. Stan called me when it was ready. We looked it over , spent a few minutes going over the specs and signing the paper work , loaded the family up and drove off into the sunset. In three words, Stan Ewing and East hills Jeep are Professional , Fair & Accommodating. More

Stan Ewing greeted us at the entrance but I arrived at closing time. He asked what type of vehicle I was interested in and gave us his business card and let me know when he would be there again. After having a bad experience at Bayside Jeep dealership I decided to check out East Hills after hearing so many good reviews about it. I had purchased an 03 Jeep Liberty In November of 2012, I was taken advantage and sold a car that's value was $5,000 for $11,000. I was ripped off and every month something was wrong with the vehicle. I've had no prior knowledge about purchasing a vehicle and put my trust into a dealership and a consultant that took total advantage. Going into East Hill dealership I was hesitant in purchasing a vehicle being afraid that I was going to be taken advantage of again. Stan Ewing reassured me that he was going to help, he understood my problem and helped me find a safe reasonable used vehicle. Stan literally sat and asked every single question me and my mother had and explained everything thoroughly to make sure we understood everything. Stan let me test drive all of the candidates of cars he had picked out and assured me of the safety of each vehicle. I'm so glad I choosed East Hills and got a very good Consultant Stan. I just purchased a brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from from East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge and I had a very positive experience.
