Stan Lizak, my service adviser, greeted me by name as I walked through the door. He explained the service I was going to have performed in a friendly, professional, and in a as a matter of fact manner, and gave any questions I asked, a confident knowledgeable answer. The work was performed quickly. Of course, once back home I checked under the hood to wipe up any spilled oil in the engine compartment. A ritual I do after finding oil residue too many times after service. This time nothing. MRH has perfected the vehicle service procedure.
