The only right thing for the dealer to do is refund my $500 for the A/C repair of a know Honda issue. Otherwise, I’m done with Honda forever.

The service representatives should have kept me informed of progress before leaving early for the day. The lack of communication caused the premature return of the loaner car during rush hour. And the repair took several days in which I did not have a car. Over all, the lack of communication was poor and unprofessional.
