The salesperson was super friendly and nice. I think a little condescending but nice. The financing manager wasn’t as great. I requested two credit unions for financing. I get that they ran one I think a little condescending but nice. The financing manager wasn’t as great. I requested two credit unions for financing. I get that they ran one to protect my credit but they ran the second one. The first one had a better rate, which I communicated to the salesperson. The finance manager didn’t even tell me who or what the rate was until I asked. Since buying a car takes all day, I didn’t ask them to run another check. Instead I’ll have to pay more. More

Great experience working with Stan Norkis while considering which vehicle we wanted to purchase. Stan was very patient and responsive to our wishes.
