Straight forward I came in knowing what I wanted. The quite online was reasonable although a few hundred more than others. My decision to buy from Herb Chambers came I came in knowing what I wanted. The quite online was reasonable although a few hundred more than others. My decision to buy from Herb Chambers came down to the fact there was zero BS and no pushiness from the salesman. Surprise -Surprise! After 35 years of BMW, Audi, Benz and Porsche ownership, I surprised myself by walking into a Hyundai dealership to order a new loaded Genesis. Not on After 35 years of BMW, Audi, Benz and Porsche ownership, I surprised myself by walking into a Hyundai dealership to order a new loaded Genesis. Not only was I greeted in a professional and friendly manner but after only a couple of days of ownership of this new vehicle I wonder what I was thinking spending $100K+ for new cars. The Genesis is a marvel for half the cost. Will update this review after I put some miles on. More

I never once suspected him of using sales tactics Stan Otoo-Genesis was a pleasure to work with. He made the new car buying process a pleasurable one. I never once suspected him of using sales tactics on me, just gave it to me straight during the whole process. The Finance manager, his name was Anthony, you have to do the finishing paperwork with him. I did not enjoy my experience with him. During the finishing paperwork process he forces extra options on you and makes you feel like you have to purchase these, it felt like sleazy salesman tactics. When I declined these extra options he asked why as if to guilt me. My experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn was good overall, just don't try to use sleazy sales tactics on me. More

Great sales people and a great experience. I have always dreaded the car buying experience. Sales people were always pushy and I never felt as if I was actually being helped. It was more like I I have always dreaded the car buying experience. Sales people were always pushy and I never felt as if I was actually being helped. It was more like I was being hassled. At Hyundai, my experience was the complete opposite. I was actually surprised at how easy the sales people were to talk to and how quick it was for us to come to an agreement on a price. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I could afford and what I wanted to pay and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a valued customer. I was actually able to make a deal in 45 minutes stress free! I don't even have great credit. I couldn't be happier with my decision to lease through Hyundai. I highly recommend the sales people over at Hyundai in Auburn. Now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. More
