Disappointing experience I traded in my rogue for an Altima and ended up with the car and roughly the payment i wanted. However, it was not a great experience at all. I purcha I traded in my rogue for an Altima and ended up with the car and roughly the payment i wanted. However, it was not a great experience at all. I purchased two vehicles from the this dealership when it was a Pittsburgh East Nissan and had great experiences. Since Cochran took over, i have not had very good experiences with service and now this recent car buying experience makes me doubt if i will return. The salesman was working several deals at once while i was there and i don’t feel as though i ever had his full attention. I am pretty easy to deal with and have excellent credit and know what car i want when i walk in. I don’t haggle and just want to get it done and get out. Once we agreed upon a price, i was quoted an hour before i could get in the finance office to sign the paperwork. I was told repeatedly that they only had once finance manage working. It was the end of the month with lots of people coming in-why would they only have one person performing that job? It was close to 2 hours before i went in finally. During this wait, the salesman rushed through his review of the car and its features. When i was finally on my way driving home, i noticed the car was missing state inspection and emission stickers. I immediately contacted the salesman and he apologized that he “missed” it. I was there for more than 3.5 hours and this was missed? I scheduled to bring the car back two days later and was assured i would be the first service appt of the day and it would take no time at all to get the stickers on. My husband arrived 20 minutes early and still had to wait almost 2 hours for the stickers to be issued-And this only occurred after i had to contact the salesman again and let him know my displeasure. The stickers should have been on the car upon delivery and when they made a mistake they should have gone out of their way to resolve it. I did not feel valued at all as a customer. I will not use the Cochran Nissan service after this experience and i will think long and hard about where i will purchased mg next Nissan. More
