Just wanted to thank you, guys, I had a great experience at the dealership on Saturday. I purchased the 2008 Dodge Charger SXT, and am in love with it. Smooth ride, looks great, and fits me extremely well at the dealership on Saturday. I purchased the 2008 Dodge Charger SXT, and am in love with it. Smooth ride, looks great, and fits me extremely well (tough to do, I'm 6'4"). I had it checked out by my mechanic yesterday, and he said everything with the car is in great condition. Brakes look good, tires are near-new, no problems with the car, and he could see that the oil had just been changed by Apple. That's the sort of professionalism that you expect, yet don't always receive (we bought a used car for my wife from a dealership up in Reading, PA, and had a different experience altogether). Simply put, Apple does it right. I just sold my Ford Bronco that I had for a dozen years (200,000 miles+ and still looks great), so although I am no longer a Ford owner, I'll always be one at heart. That was an incredible vehicle. All that to say - if, when I buy a car next, I have a Ford model in mind, I will absolutely be in touch with your dealership first and give you a chance at making the sale. I think all that's left to close the loop is to get the second car key made and delivered, and then I am certifiably a 100% satisfied customer. More
