I entered into a lease agreement for a 2013 Rav 4 at Bay Ridge Toyota on June 17, 2013. I decided to return to this dealership because it was the one that I leased my 2010 Rav 4 from and after reaching out to other Toyota dealerships I was not as comfortable as I am at Bay Ridge Toyota. My salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They not only assisted me during the purchase they have remained helpful with assisting me with my questions and concerns afterwards. Their responses to my inquiries have been expedient, thorough and supportive and I am so pleased with their service that I have since recommended them and the dealership to a family member. More
