Just like every other dealership. Sales was great. Once the check was signed then the pleasantries stop. I did purchase a used car. The car had 25k miles. After having the car 3wks and driving it 500 miles the check was signed then the pleasantries stop. I did purchase a used car. The car had 25k miles. After having the car 3wks and driving it 500 miles the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealer and was told I would have to pay for any services including just having it looked at. Was something hidden from me? I have not even made the first payment. Not at all the service I was given when I was buying. While I do understand what buying a used car means, it would be nice to be surprised one day by a car dealer that just does the right thing. I will be taking my business elsewhere on my next car purchase. More

Update-After driving the car for 3 weeks and 500 miles the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and was told I must pay for any services. I have not even made my first payment. I really had thought that after such a great buying experience that this dealership was going to be my go to for years to come but unfortunately they are just like every other car dealer. All the friendliness stops after the check is signed. I only chose to use this platform since I was asked so many times to use it during the purchase process. Extremely disappointed.

I went to Key Chevrolet to test drive a few cars I saw on their website. I didn’t go there thinking I would leave buying a car. Stanley was my salesperson and I couldn’t be happier.
