It’s been about 2 weeks that we are really enjoying our 2023 Chevrolet Malibu LT with the help of sales consultant Stanley Statkiewicz. Professionally he has a high regard for his customers. Stanley does he due diligence, and research on the vehicle your want to purchase. Stanley also used his co-workers to provide excellent added information to our discussions. Thank you Brian , GM in sales /Eli , business manager, / Nate and Dave ,technicians/ Josh, service advisor. Stanley uses the resources of his co-workers to investigate on how you can build your own car based on the criteria you provide. Yes ,Stanley is a team player every time we dealt with him for 30 plus years. Personally, Stanley is a man of character, integrity and very professional who really LISTENED to us through out our purchase process. He asks you to consider every option that he and his team offer. Stanley is a relaxed, hassle free kind of sales consultant who wants you, the customer ,to have the best possible experience at Key Chevrolet. Satisfaction was his goal for us, and worked hard to make sure that we would be happy with our long term investment.. Regarding the satisfaction point ,he sat in the driver’s side of the car to explain how daily features of the vehicle would work. Now on to operational functions of On Star, XM radio, sun roof, for a total of over 2 hours. Next his quiz for us to show him how to operate various functions he talked before and made sure we had a full understanding of our car . Now that is detailed, hands on practice before we left the dealership. Bottom line , add on many more than 5 stars for Stanley Statkiewicz who treated us like family and represented Key Chevrolet to the highest standard in the industry of car dealerships. I leased a car this past week From Stanley at Key Chevrolet. Stanley made the whole process very easy. We got all the paperwork done on Thursday and on Saturday morning I walked in and handed over th Chevrolet. Stanley made the whole process very easy. I just bought a pre owned vehicle from Key Chevrolet. The front grill was cracked had to be replaced. Stan, our salesman setup the appointment. I brought the vehicle in for that service. We scheduled a test drive for a used car listed on the Key Chevrolet in Middletown's Web Site.
