My recent encounter wasn't just a letdown; it was a masterclass in deception and outright fraud, leaving me with no doubt that these practices are deeply ingrained in their operation. From my very first interaction, it was clear that Victory Mitsubishi runs a tight ship of deceit. Their sales representatives, whether on the phone or in person, acted in concert, spinning a web of inconsistencies and outright falsehoods. Advertised prices were nothing more than bait-and-switch tactics, dissolving into thin air the moment I stepped onto the lot. Vehicles I was assured were available were suddenly "Not available," conveniently paving the way for aggressive attempts to upsell me on far more expensive options. This wasn't just a mistake; it felt like a calculated strategy they've been doing for ages. Their phone support, though superficially polite, was a well-oiled machine for misinformation, not genuine assistance. I received written confirmations of pricing and availability, only to have them brazenly denied or rescinded the moment I arrived. When I dared to voice my concerns about their blatant dishonesty, I was met with a spectrum of responses ranging from cowardly avoidance and blame-shifting to outright, unapologetic contradictions. It was infuriating to be so clearly misled. My biggest regret, my true undoing, was failing to check their reviews before walking into this charade. Had I done my due diligence, I would have seen the overwhelming evidence of their fraudulent dealings and spared myself one of the most frustrating, costly, and utterly regrettable experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone - buying a car - was twisted into a stressful and financially draining nightmare by their deceptive practices. Don't fall victim to the deception and lies that permeate every aspect of their business. The sales representatives gave me names that don’t match any listed on this site, which raises serious concerns about their transparency. More

The vast majority of the 5 star ratings are fictitious, made by the employees, as is this 'dealership', a scam. Emails, Texts, Calls the day before and the day of making sure the car was ready and available and I even called when I was 30 mins away to double check and was told "Yes, we still have the car I'm looking at it right now through the dealership window". I get there and wait about 25-35 minutes for a sales representative and then we start talking numbers on the car and then I ask to go see it and the sales rep went to "go locate it in the lot" and then came back after 5 mins (He never went outside just talked to his "GM" the whole time) and he returned and told me the car has been in a separate mechanic shop since they got it and isn't available yet. He then tried to pressure me into getting a different car for double the price and when I declined, he got very agitated. Stay Far, Far away from this bait and switch scamming dealership. More

They posted a listing of a 2014 land rover range rover autobiography at 6k so I reached out. I was about to drive all the way from Texas to NY to see these xxxx bags when suddenly "it's not available anym autobiography at 6k so I reached out. I was about to drive all the way from Texas to NY to see these xxxx bags when suddenly "it's not available anymore" meanwhile they bumped the price up by 20k and are now trying to reach out to me about it. I had a close friend in NJ, where I was born and raised' drive out there to check it out for me. Upon arrival they said the car looked nothing like online and that the people in the dealership kept trying to continuously scam him into settling for something way more expensive or way worse than what was listed. This place is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH dealership. A total scam and is being reported to the BBB as we speak for their horrible conduct. I pray that these scam artist crooks get what they deserve and go out of business. Hopefully this review helps someone to not get scammed like I almost did. More

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LISTED PRICES—IT’S A SCAM! !!! The prices listed online and that they’ll tell you over the phone are accurate are a ploy to get you to come in. Once you’re there, they tell yo !!! The prices listed online and that they’ll tell you over the phone are accurate are a ploy to get you to come in. Once you’re there, they tell you they’ll “make a deal with you” and the starting point is $3000-$4000 higher than what’s advertised—and that’s not including fees or taxes!! And then they’ll try to get you to agree to register it yourself saying it will be “cheaper” for you—hiding the fact that their inflated price over what they advertised doesn’t include taxes and you get to the DMV and get slammed with thousands in taxes there! The sales manager is a total con man. BUYER BEWARE!! More

Absolutely DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are complete scam artists. They post one price online and when you walk in the door the car is thousands of dollars more that they then quote as They are complete scam artists. They post one price online and when you walk in the door the car is thousands of dollars more that they then quote as “refurbishing fees” or delivery charges. I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/30/25 and have been trying to get a document from the sale since then, two months later I still don’t have it! I have emailed Mark (finance) and Nicole (manager) about 10-15 times and have made at-least 20 phone calls. I spoke to one of the salesman Christian 10 days ago and was told I would have the document within 48 hours, still don’t have it! I’ve been told someone would get back to me and no one has! I have since filed complaints with NYS Attorney General, NYC, and the BBB and will be writing a negative review on every site I can find! Save yourself the money and headache and TAKE YOUR VALUED BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!. I was also told I would be mailed a second key and have yet to receive. More
