Stefani is amazing! I just want to say that we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from Klein as we selected a Honda Odyssey which they didn't have one to offer. However we were so happy with the service that Stefani provided, that I felt others really need to check them out. She was not pushy and worked to accommodate our schedule as we had a new born with us. The communication was top notch and she made us feel like part of the Klein family including introducing us to one of the family owners. He was a pleasure to chat with as well. I just wanted to say Keep up the great work Stefani and you will be the first call when we need our next vehicle. More

The vehicle I purchased was not ready for sale, so the manager bought us lunch until it was completely cleaned. I would recommend Klien Ford. More
