Went in early October to pre-order a BRZ. I worked with Steffon Young through the while process and he was brilliant. Pre-delivery I also worked with Tony from the service center who did excellent work to order winter tires and installed them and updated me consistently with when they ordered them, when they arrived, and when they were installed onto the vehicle. During delivery and financing I again worked with Steffon who came in on his day off to finish the sale and made sure I was happy. The finance manager Jon Wilson walked me through every single step and paper I needed to sign in depth. There was no pushing towards extended warranties and made sure that if you didn’t want one, you wouldn’t see one. Great group of people here, highly recommend seeing them. More
