Dealership of Integrity I saw a Nissan Rogue advertised on the internet and traveled to Nissan of Cookeville, where Mr. Dewayne McCormick greeted us with a smile at the doo I saw a Nissan Rogue advertised on the internet and traveled to Nissan of Cookeville, where Mr. Dewayne McCormick greeted us with a smile at the door. He showed us the Rogue and also gave me a test drive. The Rogue was nice but was really just not for me. As we were leaving Dewayne, introduced us to his manager, who was quite nice also. Even though they never pressured us at all we chatted and they found out exactly what type of vehicle I had in mind. It turned out to be a really nice, Ford 2017 Escape with only 3300 miles on it, I might add, that it is in perfect shape and I love it. We cut a deal and I am thrilled with it. Dewayne answered all my questions, and there were a lot of them. He showed me all the bells and whistles, he has a lot patience, I would definitely by another car there. He deserves five stars. I would also like to mention Stephanie Boles in Finance, she is super sweet and very professional and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help anyway she can in financing. Thank You All. More

Best car buying experience, ever! This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. And we have been buying vehicles for over 40+ years! No pressure. Our salesman, De This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. And we have been buying vehicles for over 40+ years! No pressure. Our salesman, Derrek St. John was awesome. Not only did he listen intently to our wants and needs, he actually implemented them. We started out looking for a used car and we ended up trading in our vehicle for a new car! Got everything we wanted and never felt pressured. Derrek is by far the best salesman we have ever dealt with. In the past we would have cringed and put on our armor to do battle when approaching a car dealership. This experience was delightful. We arrived around 11:00 and were out of there by 2ish. Mind you we had visited the dealership the day before to get some idea of what we really wanted (in a vehicle and payment) and took a test drive of the desired vehicle. Derrek is very down-to-earth, and not the "typical" salesman. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and with every step in the buying process, he knew what we wanted and made the transitions easy. He knew what our expectations were for trade-in, what we did and did not want on the vehicle, what payment we could live with and how we wanted the financing process to happen. Stephanie took time to get to know us and explained all documents to us without any pressure. It was a pleasure to get to know her. She was precise and knew all the answers to the questions we asked. Misty did a great job relating information to us on the telephone before arriving to the dealership on the date of our purchase. Never any pressure, just an outgoing personality and lots of smiles, when we were introduced to her at the dealership. It was an overall exceptional experience.
