A+ service ! I drove up from Chicago for 4th of July weekend and lost the keys to my 2012 Chrysler 300 while at Mt. Olympus. From the initial phone call this place I drove up from Chicago for 4th of July weekend and lost the keys to my 2012 Chrysler 300 while at Mt. Olympus. From the initial phone call this place was A+. They recommended a great tow truck company. They didn't have my key in stock but they went and got it from another dealer. By the time I got my car towed to the dealer the key was ready already there. They got everything programmed for me and I was out within an hour. I can say this place is great ! More

Best Dealership I have ever done business with!! In my 60 plus years I have purchased more than a few automobiles, I have worked for dealerships and I have never been in a store like this; very relax In my 60 plus years I have purchased more than a few automobiles, I have worked for dealerships and I have never been in a store like this; very relaxed and professional. No hype! In this particular circumstance after having a phone conversation with Mr. Richard Beyer I traveled more than a hundred miles to look at a used vehicle and to my surprise and satisfaction the vehicle was as described. Maintenance records were provided and reviewed and I inspected the vehicle at my leisure with any questions or concerns answered. It should be noted that Richard Beyer if he was unable to answer a question had the integrity to say so and went so far as to pull a technician from the maintenance floor. As an aircraft maintenance technician myself I appreciated the time the technician took to explain the functions of systems I was unfamiliar with along with providing me with some maintenance tips. Will I do business with this dealership again? Yes. More
