Horrible experience at Hyannis Honda. Bought a brand new 23 Civic SI with my friend and noticed shortly after driving off the lot the rims were destroyed. The detailer clearly used the wrong chemical or let it sit too long permanently staining them. They offered to have them fixed. Brought it in and was texted 1 hour later it was finished. I pointed out the damage was still present and both the Salesman (Jason) and Sales Manager (Mike Kelliher) yelled and swore at me, told me I was getting nothing else from them, and kicked me out of their dealership. I pleaded with the owner, they attempted a second cheap repair that did nothing but make them worse, and now I'm stuck with an ugly $3000 set of rims on a brand new car. More

For the last 15 years I have been a Hyannis Honda customer that has purchased/ leased more than 12 vehicles. Honda sales personnel are great! Honda service personnel are great and the vehicles are gr customer that has purchased/ leased more than 12 vehicles. Honda sales personnel are great! Honda service personnel are great and the vehicles are great. Every visit for service has resulted in good experiences and I plan to continue using Hyannis Honda as my go to dealership in the future. I currently own/ lease 3 vehicles. More

Everyone is always so helpful. I was worried about a noise with my Odyssey. The issue was covered under the warranty. Kyla was great!
