One xxxx of an easy buying experience!! Let me begin by saying I've NEVER considered Nissan for any reason. I only stopped in by chance as I saw a used car I liked. Stephanie, who would become my sales lady, promptly visited me on the lot as I was looking at the car I liked. Again, up front I don't do salespeople. I find them to be intrusive, pushy, rude for the most part and they like to sell snake oil. That aside Stephanie got the royal treatment from me for a bit as I am equal opportunity and I treat all sales people the same. She took everything I threw at her right on the chin with a smile. Have no xx numbers on the car I liked, no xx numbers on my trade and stunned me right there. I was actually confused for a second. Regrouped, covered the deal in depth again and everything was awesome. So much better than I was expecting. So good in fact I came back the next day and did the same thing with my truck. I absolutely hated the dealership I purchased it from because they sold it to me and then forgot me. So, I traded it in for a very nice Nissan Titan. Now usually, this is where the sale is done and no one remembers your name. Stephanie has checked in with me several times as to the happiness level with both vehicles. Several issues arose that I figured would be an issue, like the windshield leaked water and the vents made a screaming sound. Without hesitation Stephanie got me in touch with the service department, got the car in and it needed parts so they gave me a brand new loaner. They had the car for a couple days and fixed the issue! No issues! I'm not used to this in a dealership.... Top knot here sales team with Stephanie as well as the finance manager and whomever did the trade pricing on my vehicles, as they didn't try to lowball me. The numbers were decent and with a little haggling we got it done. Then the service department came in and finished the sales by creating an awesome experience getting the vehicles ready and back up to par! LIA gained a customer because of Stephanie and the service department!! I'd rate this dealership as an A+++ overall!! More

The best experience leasing a car I used to hate getting a new car. When our Jeep started to get old and needed work we decided to lease a new car and we went to Lia Nissan first. The Jeep had been my son's and when he died we paid it off and kept it. His favorite CD was stuck in the player and the Service Dept. was able to get it out for us. This made us extremely happy. When we were choosing our car we dealt with Stephanie Havens. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the Nissan Rouge and its features in ways that made it easy to understand. We had never had a back-up camera before and now we use it without thinking. My husband takes the car in for servicing and is always amazed at how quickly and efficiently things go. We have and will continue to recommend Lia Nissan to everyone looking for a car. More

Fantastic Buying Experience!! I bought my 2017 Rogue from Stephanie, this was my second purchase from Lia and Stephanie this summer. I came back because I was totally satisfied whe I bought my 2017 Rogue from Stephanie, this was my second purchase from Lia and Stephanie this summer. I came back because I was totally satisfied when I purchased my used Dodge Grand Caravan last year. She is definitely a low pressure sales person and very knowledgeable about the Nissan product. I would highly recommend Stephanie and Lia to anyone looking for a great car. I also like the fact that she follows up after the sale to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchase. As a side note I have had service work done on my Dodge, Fran and her staff were wonderful to deal with, fantastic service department!! More
