my new brown hyundai we new we wanted another hyundai as my old one gave us no trouble. i also wanted an unusual color. not the same white, black, silver, and everyone se we new we wanted another hyundai as my old one gave us no trouble. i also wanted an unusual color. not the same white, black, silver, and everyone seems to have the bright blue...so i chose brown (real name kona bronze) i love the color and i do not see so many other cars the same color. i will say it took some time to locate the exact model we wanted. found one!!!! came from new jerset, that took some time though as in new jersey only has 1 person to do the job necessary and takes vacation over christmas, busiest time of the year...needless to say the sales person whom i love was very accomodating even though different information was being sent to her concerning the delivery of the car...all in all i have the color i want and the engine my husband wants so we are happy and the sales person is happy. she is even available to me in case i need help with my new 2015 huyndai as it is very modernized compared to my 2003 which has probably gone to the hyundai retirement home. thanks stephanie i love love love it.... Elantra gt I ended up going here after visiting about 4 or 5 other Hyundai dealers. They didn't have the car I wanted, I ended up driving an elantra gt because t I ended up going here after visiting about 4 or 5 other Hyundai dealers. They didn't have the car I wanted, I ended up driving an elantra gt because they had the color I really liked but I wanted to rule out the gt model, I was originally looking at the elantra. After test driving the gt I fell in love. I absolutely loved Steph, she didn't force anything on me, but got me where I needed to be price wise and didn't feed me a bunch of bs. LOVED her. Although I wasn't a fan of the finance department, had some issues with them, but nothing that wouldn't make me return. I'll totally come back when purchasing again and DEFINITELY recommend Steph!! Not sure about their service department but I'll be in for my free service this week so hopefully all goes well! More

Our saleswoman was extremely friendly & personable, thoroughly knowledgeable about Hyundai products & services, and was very accomodating of both our deal structure requirements and our scheduling need thoroughly knowledgeable about Hyundai products & services, and was very accomodating of both our deal structure requirements and our scheduling needs. I can honestly say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. In the past I found car buying very frustrating and at times have left dealers very upset. From the beginning working with Stephanie via the internet was very positive, informative and she answered all my questions. Upon arrival at the dealership, Stephanie was busy with one of her regular customers so she turned us over to Matthew, he was very informative, very knowledgeable about the car and very patient with all our questions. Piazza Hyundai is a very good dealership to work with for sales AND service. I'm on my third Hyundai through this company. I've always had all service taken care of at this location, also. Sales: My first sales person got promoted within the same dealership so Stephanie Kimbro has been my sales rep for the last two vehicles. She is laid back, no pressure, easy to talk to and relate to. She knows her cars, hands down. I self-educate myself on the car/cars I'm interested in before I go to the dealership. Stephanie has always been well prepared for any of my questions. Financing: I've only financed two of the cars and both times it was seamless, fast and uncomplicated. Lisa Grose did everything she could to get me the best rate she could possibly get. Not much more to say than that. Lisa knows her job. Service: The Service Team runs smoothly. You are in and out of there no problems. Check out is fast. On occasion, they dropped me off at home so I wouldn't have to wait in the waiting room. A full service shop! More

First of all, if I could give this dealership a 10, I would. I had started my new car search back in May - my wife and I settled on a Hyundai Elantra. I sent out emails to 5 local dealers: Conicelli would. I had started my new car search back in May - my wife and I settled on a Hyundai Elantra. I sent out emails to 5 local dealers: Conicelli in Conshohocken, Carousel in West Chester, Springfield Hyundai, Colonial in Downingtown, and Piazza Hyundai in Pottstown. Stephanie Kimbro was the ONLY one who responded back in emails that weren't computer generated. She didn't pressure me at any time to come in. She gave me an internet price that was $500 above what others had quoted; but digging deeper I found the other dealers were including rebates that I didn't qualify for - once I did the math, I found out their price was the best out of the 5. She answered every question I had - I felt like I was being a pest with all the emails, but she couldn't have been more nice. My wife wanted the Desert Bronze color in the preferred package. Stephanie admitted this would be a tough one to find, but would let us know if she finds anything. Sure enough, I got a call about 9:00 at night from Christa (Or Kristen, I'm sorry I didn't get her name!) letting us know one just came in on the carrier that night. My wife went out the next day, put down a deposit and filled out the basic paperwork. I had to come in later to fill out the rest of the paperwork - this is where I got a bit nervous, because I don't buy new cars very often and I was ready for the hard sell. Turns out there was no hard sell at all, I reviewed the paperwork and it was all correct, from the price agreed to the tax, tags, rebates, etc. I figured we were all done, but now Brandon took over. He gave us a tour of the service department where we met the service manager. Our service manager set us up for our first oil change. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the first oil change is FREE and I get FREE lifetime state inspections. Then we went back to the car and he took the time to explain every option our preferred package had. Helped us set up the bluetooth, explained the main display, etc - he couldn't have been more thorough in explaining all the bells and whistles we had. I have to say, this was the by far the easiest new car buying experience I've ever had. And the car is a dream!! Stephanie and Brandon, thanks for all your help. You've earned a customer for life. I had a particular model and options in mind. Identified the car at Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown using the interenet to search available inventory. Sent an e-mail inquiry since this dealership is about an hour away and received a response almost immediately. Notified Stephanie, Piazza Internet Sales Manager, that my wife and I would be there to see the car that same day. Stephanie had the car pulled around front and waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. We received great attention as customers and found the car to be just what we wanted and, at a very fair price. My wife and I could not be happier with the experience, and our 2012 Sonata; well worth the extra drive time! More

Not your everyday sale. Hyundai Santa Fe's were/are in short supply. My wife wanted a special color and Stephanie / Piazza went out of their way to track down the exact care for us.
