I was so impressed, I did not haggle for a lower number. I have been to a high pressure, high first offer, Hyundai dealer, not fun. I drove right past that Huyndai dealer to go to Piazza, glad that I did. The 3 people that I worked with were friendly and profeshional, I have not used the service Dept yet, but my Sales person, Stephanie, took me for a walk around. the maintenance area looked clean and organized.
