Could not make a deal. They kept telling me my auto 8 score was 550 but I went home and paid Experian to get it and all of my other scores as well and they are all over 620 They kept telling me my auto 8 score was 550 but I went home and paid Experian to get it and all of my other scores as well and they are all over 620. I even went to a different honda dealer who ran my scores who came back with different numbers I did but I didn't buy from them either because they ended up selling the car I was there to buy. They also kept telling I have to trade in my other car to buy from them with at least 15000 down because I still owe on the other car but I told them right up front I was not trading in my other car but that didn't matter to them they said I had no choice if I wanted to buy the new car from them. I was treated unfair because I'm a 1099 worker. they also lied to my son he came in they told him they can make it work with 2000 down and he can get the 2019 civic he wanted he goes back the next day with the money and they tell him he can't have the car unless he now puts 6000 down and they show him another car that just came on the lot that day that the mechanics didn't even look at and had a sticker on it that said not for sale it was a 2017 civic and smelled really bad the steering wheel was sticky and torn and the seats looked like someone had spilled white paint or something all over the car seats and it drove like crap noises coming from everywhere so my son went to another dealer and bought a civic 2017 and he didn't feel like he was being judged by the way he looks or his credit score which was way worse then mine. So if your credit score is not over 800 in fico and auto8 and your a 1099 worker I wouldn't buy from here even if it was your dream car. NOW if then can make the numbers work for me my way then I might change my mind and my review More

The last thing she shared with us was her cell number to call with any questions or concerns. That piece of customer service was brilliant, as I texted her later myself and she found the most perfect Toyota upgrade for me! She spent an entire day, personally retrieving my Toyota from a sister dealership, and stayed late to finalize paperwork on my schedule. My wife and I had miserable experiences with dealerships in the past, but Stephanie Lugo was a breath of fresh air! We love our new vehicles and will definitely go to Stephanie if we ever decide to trade in again. More
