My most recent trip to the service department. I stopped in for a problem of hardly any heat coming from the side outlets and none at all from the center ones in the dash. Ray wrote up the service when I dropped off the Forester in the morning and later in the afternoon called to let me know that everything was fixed. More

I never felt pressured, and Ken B. went above and beyond to make sure all my questions, which we I had a very positive experience at Glanzmann Subaru. I never felt pressured, and Ken B. went above and beyond to make sure all my questions, which were numerous, were answered. After spending a good amount of time talking with Ken, I felt confident in my decision to purchase a CPO Forester. The repairs on my 2005 were cost prohibitive, and it was time for a much needed, long awaited upgrade. When I drove my 2017 2.5i Forester off the lot Wednesday evening, October 2, 2019, I knew I made the right decision. From start to finish, I have only favorable feedback to share about Glanzmann and the team with whom I worked. I would recommend the dealership as well as Ken B. He and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Thank you for the terrific experience! More

Great service! I've been coming to Glanzmann for service for several years after buying 2 Foresters from them. They are caring, efficient, and accommodating. Had some problems this past year with servicing my 2011 Forester, but they were resolved. Never had any issues with my 2015 Forester. More
