I took my escalade in for the same problem 2 months ago and got it back assuming it was fixed but had the same issue with the gas tank as still happening even though they had supposedly addressed. Because of the continued gas issue we took it in again while we were gone on our Christmas break and had to pay out of pocket instead of using the extended warranty so something they should have addressed in November when we took it in because it was all in the same has tube area that williamson had worked on previously. I rhino Stephanie did her best but the mechanics should have been able to diagnose the issue in November instead of having take the car in again within a month time. More

I didn't want to take the survey to give u guys the benefit of the doubt. But u insist so I'm going to be honest. I initially reached out to the dealer shortly before thanksgiving as I received a recal benefit of the doubt. But u insist so I'm going to be honest. I initially reached out to the dealer shortly before thanksgiving as I received a recall letter from cadillac. I spoke to a girl there, maybe Stephanie who said she was going to order the part needed based on the recall. I called back 2 weeks later to follow up and found out nothing was ordered. At that time they told me it was going to be ordered. After a week of not hearing from y'all I called this past Friday. Spoke to some guy named Robert who seemed to be more concerned about the conversation he wqs having with a coworker rather than what I was calling about. After a 19 min hold he came back to tell me the part was still in north carolina and he didn't know when it would arrive. I tell u my honest opinion is if you're going to ask customer's to take a survey then u really need to provide better customer service training. Idk why the part I need wasn't ordered from the first time I called but based on how many times I was transferred from one person to another I kinda figured the part wasn't ordered and no-one really cared although it was a recall. I would really appreciate if u guys can get the part I need in soon so I can get my car fixed as Cadillac is requesting. More

The fact that you can only talk to your assigned service advisor is a terrible option. I had to wait for her to comeback from lunch in order to find out the status of my repair and to get a ride back to the advisor is a terrible option.
