The dealership is, in large part, defined by its people. Without exceptional customer service, everything else falls apart. Stephanie was my representative during my first visit after several experiences at another location, and the difference was immediately noticeable. Since then, I gladly make the drive every time because of the outstanding service she provides. Stephanie is knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond for her customers. She made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Amazing employees create amazing customer experiences, and Stephanie is a perfect example of that. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contested Williamson Cadillac. From the start, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. Before even seeing or testing my car, she pushed back and contested my concern about a malfunctioning radio. As a first-time customer, I immediately felt unheard. I was later texted that my car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership an hour and a half later, I was told the radio hadn’t even been tested yet and the car was still in service. I had to wait while they completed work that should have already been done. Then came day two. After everything that had already happened, they decided to keep the car an additional day. I had to secure a rental, and I received no proactive communication. In fact, I had to repeatedly call just to get a status update because my service advisor was completely unreachable. I live less than 1.5 miles from this dealership, yet based on this experience, I would rather drive across town to a different Cadillac dealer than return here. Cadillac positions itself as a premium brand. The service experience should reflect professionalism, accountability, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below that standard.
