I am new to GMC and this dealership, but unfortunately, my experience so far has been quite disappointing, both in terms of sales and service. First, I specifically requested 12k miles per year on my le my experience so far has been quite disappointing, both in terms of sales and service. First, I specifically requested 12k miles per year on my lease but was given only 10k miles. Second, when I inquired about certain optional features, I was told they were included. However, after receiving the vehicle, I discovered they were not. Additionally, the car had a defect in the trunk door—the latch wasn’t functioning properly, causing the electrical motor to keep running. There was also a noticeable chip on the car, which I spotted after taking delivery. After bringing the vehicle in for service, the chip remained untouched, and to make matters worse, a visible dent appeared on the front of the car. The car was also returned in poor condition—dirty and far from presentable. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received thus far. More
