The service advisor consistently has a poor attitude—this isn’t just recent; it’s every visit. I have asked multiple times to update my account name, but they refuse, dismissing it as unimportant. Additionally, the service price was misleading—the verbal quote did not match the final amount, and fees and taxes were not transparent. I could have received the same service elsewhere for half the price, but I came here for better care which I did not receive. Furthermore, I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. On my last visit, I was told they would not honor the first free service because I didn’t buy the car from that location. If I could give zero stars, I would. More
