Nearly a year ago my husband and I met with Stephanie R. to explore the options of purchasing a new SUV. We had several different models and makes on our list and were working to narrow down our options. to explore the options of purchasing a new SUV. We had several different models and makes on our list and were working to narrow down our options. We were able to test drive a few different vehicles at John Paul's Buick and rule some out. Stephanie took the time to listen and understand our family needs and wants, playing close attention to our budget. Since our first visit with Stephanie, she contacted us via email with different vehicle options that fit our parameters. At the end of July, she contacted us with an amazing match for our needs with many more options that were on our wish list as well. We were able to meet with Stephanie the same day, test drive the vehicle, get all of the paperwork done, and drive it home. She worked on our behalf to work our trade in as part of the deal as well as provide us with knowledge on the vehicle and history of it. Stephanie was patient, flexible, and listened to what we were looking for. We did not feel any pressure, nor were we annoyed in any way by the process or experience (this has been the case in the past at other dealers). We did feel like we were treated like family and appreciated that Stephanie stuck with us over the past months, the process, transparency, and knowledge of Stephanie and John Paul's Buick staff, including Lou who also worked with us on our trade in and price negotiation.
