Went to get vehicle fixed for coolant overflow pan leaking which then the engine needed flushed. The part was on back order, took close to 3 weeks for the part to come in. ($50)They would not even entertain the idea of giving me a rental car. They said it would cost 7,000 flat out the door. I have an extended warranty and they refused to pay because said that was an outrageous price to pay for that service and tops they would pay 2,000. I was even going to turn my car into them when fixed and get a newer one. I’ve called numbers shops talked to a handful of mechanics and EVERYONE said that’s a 1,000/1,500 $ job tops. They were trying to overcharge the insurance carrier. Needless to say I had it towed to a different mechanic, they are working to get it done now. My husband and I have bought several vehicles from this location over the years. NEVER AGAIN and I will NOT be back to do a trade in. I am a teacher so my entire “Summer Recharge Time” was ruined I had no vehicle all summer. I am thinking about calling their corporate customer service number to let them know the situation. I am NOT a “Karen” and usually never complain, this situation has gotten me so upset because I am sure they get away with this price gouging from venerable people. Makes me sick. Will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!! More

My person said she didn’t know how to do that. She asked the man next to her and he seemed annoyed and said it tells you in your manual. No one would even attempt to help me. After being a loyal customer who just paid all this money, I was in utter disbelief that no one would even try. I bought my vehicle from Lunghamer and everyone there went above and beyond always. I just moved to Ann Arbor and couldn’t believe how inferior the customer service is. Also was told my car was parked around corner when keys were given back to me. I had to back up at least 100 yards in order to get out as I was completely blocked from exit. More
