Friendly and helpful although at times knowledge was lacking from some and instead of getting correct information they tried to tell you what they thought you wanted to hear. Then didn't follow through on a very simple request that Stephany agreed to which was topping off the gas tank, likely $10 so not a big deal just the principal of it. Only complaints would be I asked for a fillup with fuel and she was agreeable but failed to follow through and she was a bit confused as to which of the 2 vehicles I was looking at as both were close in color but vastly different mileage and I was mainly interested in the low mileage one but she was getting them mixed up as to the features. The gentleman handling the paperwork was very helpful although the wait was long before he could get to us. The service department was less than helpful and didn't seem interested in getting the information I requested. More

They were not open to negotiating price at all even in light of some issues. I should not have bought the vehicle. I should have gone somewhere else that would at least entertain discussions with me.
