HORRIBLE. Myself and my fiancé went to finance a car from Lexus of Middletown and what were received was lies and bull crap. It started out with the loan process. From the very beginning we informed the deal Lexus of Middletown and what were received was lies and bull crap. It started out with the loan process. From the very beginning we informed the dealership that my fiancé (who was applying for the loan alone) only had her permit. They said the bank had preapproved the loan anyways. Great right?! Wrong. We get a call from the bank and they request more information on me because I would be a second driver and the dealership refused to let me be apart of any of the paperwork or loans so they never took my information. I gave the bank my information, then we get a call from the dealership. They said we needed to come in so we could fill out some paperwork for the loan. We go into the dealership that night, they sit us down and tell us the bank didn’t approve the loan so they’re taking the car back immediately. They then had us remove our belongings and sit outside in NOVEMBER. They never tried to give us a ride or help with a ride home (mind you we live 45 min away) instead they repeatedly asked if someone was able to come and get us. Before we leave they tell us that my fiancé could use a loaner for her ROAD TEST and that they would deliver our refund check the next day. I call to check on the time frame they planned to drop off the loaner car and they inform me that because she doesn’t have her license they can’t give her the loaner. They refused to give me the loaner even though I have my license and I’m on my fiancé’s insurance. Then they took 3 days to tell us our refund was ready. They tell us to come pick it up after they told us they would drop it off since they took the car. I had to argue with Daniel beccera for hours and threaten to call the police before they gave us the refund. Absolutely horrendous. I’m so beyond frustrated and angry. More

Our salesman Marcial Mendoza was excellent!
