THIS PLACE is absolutely awful. Not only was a whole negotiation of the car horrible. They lied during the whole process. It took days to get a response from them to even get the deal. They said that they were too busy for us on a Saturday and that they would get back to us on the Monday or Tuesday and they never did. It didn’t even happen until like Friday. I had went into finance and the finance manager was probably the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life talking about how he’s never ever seen anybody walk away from a gap policy. Making me feel terrible about not going down that decision and just treating me differently from the second I said no because obviously I’m impacting his money. There was a mark on my car of paint missing and some on the plastic of an IOU which is a part of the financial paperwork, mind you. They have not called me back and it’s been two months. I’ve called them multiple times. They will not return my call. I still don’t have my plates like I said two months later. I asked for an extension on my temp tag and they said they were gonna email it to me and they didn’t. I don’t even understand how this place is in business. They should not be in business. They should be reported to the BBB. Please don’t go here. They’re breaking many laws. They have to issue me my IOU and my temp tags legally and aren’t. If you’re buying a Kia, anyone please do not go here you can see the existing reviews. It’s not worth it to deal with these people. More
