Add that to a dubiously sketchy and glitchy "online" process where documents were delayed until the very last minute and then they would suddenly terminate mid-process and disappear (no less than 7 times). One gets the feeling that this outfit is more interested in a bloodbath than a relationship. Very disappointing. More
