Steve Croy and Mason Coy (finance) did an outstanding job with my trade in. I went with Navy Federal and they have very unique ways of handling car deals which causes issues, but I was also trading in 2 vehi with my trade in. I went with Navy Federal and they have very unique ways of handling car deals which causes issues, but I was also trading in 2 vehicles and buying one. It caused some headache, but both Steve and Mason were extremely patient and worked extremely hard to figure out what Navy Federal needed and get the deal done within a relatively short time. I would definitely be returning to Kelley Chevrolet in the future. More
