My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Mercedes of Plano because we were treated with respect by our sales consultant Stephen Gleason. He listened to our needs and was happy to show us what we were of Plano because we were treated with respect by our sales consultant Stephen Gleason. He listened to our needs and was happy to show us what we were interested in. He did this knowing that we had not even decided that the Mercedes was the car for us. He was genuine and I believe he would treat everyone with the same level of service. Stephen was ultra knowledgeable about the product and easily answered all of our questions with no hesitation. I will say my wife ultimately choose another car brand for herself but only because of personal preference. Thank you, Stephen, for all your help and knowledge. More

We have purchased cars for all three Ewing dealerships in Plano over the last 18 years. We also purchased two other cars from different dealerships so I can honestly say no one is as amazing as MB Plano. Our Plano over the last 18 years. At all their locations we have experienced die hard employees truly devoted to doing their jobs the way they would want to be treated. The nice cars are just a perk. It’s the service department employees that keep people coming back. The salesman and finance personnel are also key to it too. I do not want to buy a car if the salesman seems shady or pushy. We have only found the best reps at Ewing MB of Plano. Thank you, Steve, Aly, Mitch, Nick and Tyler for making our latest experience amazing and easy!!! More

Somethings changed at Mercedes-Benz of Plano service, as of this year I have had 2 unpleasant encounters with them. 1. Tried to schedule an appointment for a cabin air filter change they wanted 4 weeks t of this year I have had 2 unpleasant encounters with them. 1. Tried to schedule an appointment for a cabin air filter change they wanted 4 weeks to do this. 2. Something went wrong with the electrical system had to tow it in I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes being ignored before anything was said or done. Now three days later when I called to check vehicle status the response was they are working on it. When I asked to speak to the Service Manager I was told they were unavailable. What happened to you people? More
