they won't hesitate to over charge you for everything possib They care less about customers and do their best to make your bill as high as possible. They look you in the eyes and lie to you. their website shows They care less about customers and do their best to make your bill as high as possible. They look you in the eyes and lie to you. their website shows they have special for purchasing 4 tires and getting free alignment or all other specials but their staff look you in the eye and lie to you about their specials and try to overcharge you. if you don't check their specials on the website no one there will even tell you anything, and if you know about their discounts and specials, still they try not to give it to you. spent $1350 for four tires and simple service and Z (the guy who helped me) treated me like crap. Please try to hire professionals or teach your staff to treat people right. I wish I could take my car to the Hyundai dealership where I used to take my previous car, they were so nice and professional I always enjoyed going there, I never asked them for loaner car, cause I had fun just staying and hanging out with their employees. Mercedes Dealer always does a good job ruining my day and pissing me off every time I'm there. More

Terrible Sales Manager I told a sales rep that I wanted to move forward on a vehicle yesterday. I submitted an application for it yesterday afternoon. Today, I followed up w I told a sales rep that I wanted to move forward on a vehicle yesterday. I submitted an application for it yesterday afternoon. Today, I followed up with the rep and asked if he needed anything else from me. I didn't get a response, so I called to follow up to see if he needed anything else from me. I got his voicemail and it stated he was out of the office today. Then, I get a text a few hours later from him stating that another rep sold the car today. He stated that he had text me this morning to see if I wanted to put down a deposit. Oddly enough, I never received a text from him. I would have GLADLY put down a deposit had I received that text. I obviously wanted to move forward with the car - I had made that clear AND put in an application for it. So, they ran my credit only to sell the car that I was interested in the next day. I called up to the dealership and the manager called with excuse after excuse. He said "I know how it is to have your heart set on something. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't." Excuse me? It would have worked out had I received a text, call, email, etc. letting me know that the app was processed and now I needed to put down a deposit. He said they would try to "cover" or "shield" the car next time. I don't need the car "covered" or "shielded" I just need people to communicate to me what is needed and to do their job. I can see why this happened though. The manager is FULL of excuses and smart remarks when he should be apologizing for their lack of organization. I am not even as upset with the rep as I am w/ the manager. Ridiculous. More

They suggested that I shop at another dealership On Valentine’s Day 2019, we put a deposit down on a car so that we could be placed on a wait list. For weeks, our sales person wouldn’t return calls On Valentine’s Day 2019, we put a deposit down on a car so that we could be placed on a wait list. For weeks, our sales person wouldn’t return calls or emails. I called the dealership last night (almost 2 months later) and talked to another sales person because the manager had already left for the day. Come to find out, we went from being on two wait lists (G550 and G63) to zero. Everyone else on the wait list was given their deposits back because Mercedes couldn’t fulfill the demand. No one thought to call us and update us with this information. Before ending the call, he suggested I leave a voicemail for the manager. I’m still waiting to hear back... *Update* I finally got a call back almost immediately after leaving a bad review. With our original sales rep not returning emails or texts for weeks and two other sales reps giving us bad information, the sales manager’s response to my review is: we have the right to refuse sale to a customer who leaves a bad review. Uh you realize the reason I left the bad review is because nobody would respond to my emails or texts. So the only way to get your attention is to leave a bad review. It obviously worked. What was inaccurate about what I said? Why make threats? Why not apologize and make it right? I would’ve accepted it and moved on. He and our original sales rep told me straight out, “unfortunately you will need to purchase a G wagon at another dealership”. What type of business does that? I’m sure the owner of the dealership would love to hear that the employees are telling customers to go somewhere else. Probably so they don’t get in trouble after being called out on their poor performance. One of the guys told me that the sales department is like a revolving door of workers who come and go and that’s why most of them don’t know what they’re talking about. The arrogance of these salesmen is unbelievable! Like they’re doing you a favor by taking your money. If the customer service up front is this horrendous, I can’t even imagine what my experience with the service department would be. I’ll take my 175k and go to a different Mercedes dealership or get a Porsche. My experience with other luxury brands has been immensely better. More

Took for ever to get my car back as i stood outside and froze , they told me they are short of valets. Then the car came out as disgusting as i brought it in, i ask and they say the car wash was broken...hand wash the god xxxx thing with an old school hose god dammit..it looked like trash and i drove all the way for this servicing with that wash in mind! Real pissed customer.! I think they lazy here More
