I consider myself fortunate to have had Steve available to answer my questions. Steve is an experienced and knowledgeable "car guy" but more importantly he is a nice guy. The perfect combination of low-key and helpful. I was never rushed and never pressured. I ask a lot of questions, and he answered them all. When he couldn't, he found someone who could. I think I got a very fair price, and didn't have to go through a lot of rigamarole to get a good value. It was as if I had my own personal car buying consultant named Steve. I emailed Ewing about a car I saw online. Stephen Gleason called me and we set an appointment time the same day to see a vehicle he thought would fit our wants. When we arrived, I saw the ML 350 par Gleason called me and we set an appointment time the same day to see a vehicle he thought would fit our wants. When we arrived, I saw the ML 350 parked right up front. Stephen had it brought round and detailed it so we could look it over. He met us immediately calling me by name. We looked over the car then he showed us another style that my husband was interested in. He gave us the details of both vehicles. We test drove the ML 350 and immediately decided to purchase it. Stephen made the buying process fast and easy. We drove away in our new car in plenty of time to see our Grandbaby for the evening. More
