Lee was nice, professional, and upbeat which was refreshing as we had been to many car lots that day. We knew what we wanted, but the lot simply did not have the color/options combination we wanted. Lee and Stephen searched their computers to find our exact match at the port and got it in transit ASAP. Once that was found, they offered a deal to us that surpassed our expectations and were really honest and upfront about the pricing. I recommend anyone in the market for a MINI come here first and save yourself the hassle of other pretentious MINI dealerships where it feels like you're bothering them (Ft. Lauderdale) or the sales staff is flat out rude (Vista). Thanks again to Lee and Stephen for making us very happy with our vehicle buying experience. More

Buying is wonderful , service is not! It took over an hour to drop off my MiniCooper for its yearly service. I spent 3 mins of that time with an agent, the rest of the time waiting. No cha It took over an hour to drop off my MiniCooper for its yearly service. I spent 3 mins of that time with an agent, the rest of the time waiting. No chairs to sit on and the waiting area is quite far. Unless you stand there they will forget you. I pray I do not have to go back soon, what a waste of time. I will not even get into the loaner that was provided. I dread going back. More
