He always finding the way to make the deal worth for me and my spouse. In 2012 when hurricane Sandy hit NY, both of my vehicles totaled. We left without any means of transportation. I called Stephen (his dealership is about 40 miles away from my house), and in hour car from dealership picked me up to sign for a new lease on new car with the same payments as previous lease ( even though car casted more at that time).. He is one of best and nicest sales reps I ever had business with. We working together since 2010. I highly recommend this agency and Stephen Ham in particularly if looking to lease or buy Lexus and to have pleasant experience while doing it. More

Service issues I was at the service center yesterday for a TPMS issue. The technician fixed the tire with a patch and I was waiting for delivery of my car. They kept I was at the service center yesterday for a TPMS issue. The technician fixed the tire with a patch and I was waiting for delivery of my car. They kept me waiting and waiting saying that the car was in the car wash. Finally one of the triage techs went inside the service station and got my car out. I drove my car for about 200 feet and suddenly noticed that the car was never washed. Since I had other important meetings, I could not go back. I called my service advisor Mr. Steven Tedesco and made a complaint. He apologized and offered immediate pick up and delivery back after a car wash. Since I couldn't be home, I told him not to worry about it. I took the car this morning and Steve gave me his personal attention to have the car washed. Yesterday when I called he promised me that the will personally make sure that my car is washed and also offered me a gift. Today I drove my car out. It was washed ok but not a super job. Not all areas were taken care of. There are still some areas with dirt. By the way, I never got any gift that was offered to me. I am very curious what that gift was! More
