Perfect vehicle at the perfect price My salesman was Steve Hanning, and he ROCKED. Not only was he a great salesman, but he was down to earth and very funny...honestly because of how grea My salesman was Steve Hanning, and he ROCKED. Not only was he a great salesman, but he was down to earth and very funny...honestly because of how great the salesman was it made me want to find a car from this dealership even more. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and so helpful, it really made this such a great experience. I have only had my new equinox for about 3 weeks but I have already told so many people to go to websmart chevy because of how great the experience was. I only had one manager come over and annoy me with the whole spiel of "well since you're saving here there is no way we can get your price" but Steve made it happen, and because of Steve I am now LOVING my mew vehicle. 10/10 I will definitely be leasing from websmart again! More

CINDY LADD CONTINUES TO BE AWESOME!!!!!!!! I can not say enough good things about Cindy. Even when its bad news about one of the 3 vehicles I bring to Websmart for service she always makes th I can not say enough good things about Cindy. Even when its bad news about one of the 3 vehicles I bring to Websmart for service she always makes the experience understandable and enjoyable. She is a people person and I love that when I drive up into the bay and see her smiling face. She has so much knowledge about my specific vehicle when she calls or comes to find me because I am waiting for it, that I completely understand what is wrong and my options. She takes the time to see how I am and I know she is my voice if the mechanic has a question or concern. She is a true ASSET to your company. I really wish she could be cloned!!! Note the 4 star rating on pricing is just due to the higher mechanic fee due to their skills. I would not trade their skills!! More

Steve Hanning is new to the car business but he was great to do business with - We live about 2 hours away and he was the reason we made the purchase - It came down is new to the car business but he was great to do business with - We live about 2 hours away and he was the reason we made the purchase - It came down to three different Suburban's and because Steve constantly responded in a timely fashion we felt comfortable doing business with Websmart and will contact him when we need another vehicle More
