Communication was excellent, and when he let us know they had a model in to test drive, we made the trip to Rochester. This car buying experience was pleasantly unique. We got all pricing information upfront, every question we had was patiently answered, and the test drive was thorough and impressive. So impressive, in fact, that we decided to trade in our old car, buy the new car and drive it home. Sam gave us a thorough walk-through on the car and showed us how everything worked. Everyone there treated us like valued customers. James found us the accessories we wanted at a great price. The financing experience with Stephen was also pleasant-options clearly explained but no pressure. Overall, this was the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. We are confident that we got a great deal on a fabulous car and they made the experience a real pleasure. More

I test drove 5 different cars, and my poor salesman was quite patient and helpful throughout. No haggling, got a great price, and great service. As I picked up the car, we noted that a piece of trim was installed incorrectly. They brought in one of their techs to fix it. After he fixed it, the GM saw that there was a tiny dent in the trim. Even though I didn't notice it, he pointed it out and ensured that a new one got ordered and installed for me. He followed-up on each step of the process to ensure it was done quickly and perfectly. Highly recommended! More
