Everything was going smoothly until discussing prices when the dealer explained that there is a leaky seal that is causing oil to leak (sorry I'm not a mechanic) and the repairs would cost $1500. The dealer wanted me pay $500 of a $1500 repair needed before I even bought vehicle. Then as a 'bonus' offered to cover my lunch. Very insulting. Not feeling the love. More

I put this poor guy through so much, I was picky about what I wanted and then when I finally found something I didn’t have my paperwork in order but he never got frustrated or showed anything but kindness. He was so helpful, he answered every question I had, the one night I kept him busy at his desk until the moment they turned the lights off! The day that I got to buy my car, he had all of the paperwork ready to go all I had to do was walk in, sign some things and then I got to take the car home! I’ve never had such an easy car buying experience! Seriously, if you’re looking for a calm, cool, helpful salesman who will find you the perfect car but won’t be annoyingly pushy about it... go see Mr. Kolenda! More

New car I went to New Motors just looking around, I had never driven a Subaru nor did I think I wanted one, until I got help from Steve K. As I looked around I went to New Motors just looking around, I had never driven a Subaru nor did I think I wanted one, until I got help from Steve K. As I looked around the parking lot trying to pick out something that I could see my self purchasing even though I never drove one. Steve spent all 5 hours on a Saturday picking out different styles and models and test driving until we found the right one. I ended up driving away in a 2018 Subaru Legacy. I have had it for a week now and I can honestly say I won’t buy another car that isn’t a Subaru, and I won’t by a Subaru from anywhere but New Motors. More
