I put this poor guy through so much, I was picky about what I wanted and then when I finally found something I didn’t have my paperwork in order but he never got frustrated or showed anything but kindness. He was so helpful, he answered every question I had, the one night I kept him busy at his desk until the moment they turned the lights off! The day that I got to buy my car, he had all of the paperwork ready to go all I had to do was walk in, sign some things and then I got to take the car home! I’ve never had such an easy car buying experience! Seriously, if you’re looking for a calm, cool, helpful salesman who will find you the perfect car but won’t be annoyingly pushy about it... go see Mr. Kolenda! More

New car I went to New Motors just looking around, I had never driven a Subaru nor did I think I wanted one, until I got help from Steve K. As I looked around I went to New Motors just looking around, I had never driven a Subaru nor did I think I wanted one, until I got help from Steve K. As I looked around the parking lot trying to pick out something that I could see my self purchasing even though I never drove one. Steve spent all 5 hours on a Saturday picking out different styles and models and test driving until we found the right one. I ended up driving away in a 2018 Subaru Legacy. I have had it for a week now and I can honestly say I won’t buy another car that isn’t a Subaru, and I won’t by a Subaru from anywhere but New Motors. More

Used car buying a pleasant experience at New Motors I was in the market to purchase a used vehicle after my Subaru was totaled in an accident. I needed all wheel drive and had loved my previous car. So when Steve greeted me at the front door I was impressed. He was very knowledgable in the types of vehicle they had to offer. It didn’t take long for us to find a Subaru I fell in love with a newer Forrester. He and Nicole DiTullio went to work to assist me in finding financing. I now have a car that has everything plus. I love the new car so does my daughter she brings it home often so that I can see it. LOL. Recommend Steve Kolenda and the family of New Motors employees, they make car buying a pleasing experience. Honesty, Integrity, Service before Self I've known Steve for some time. When my Honda was ready to be replaced, there was only one person I knew I could trust to treat me fairly and that per I've known Steve for some time. When my Honda was ready to be replaced, there was only one person I knew I could trust to treat me fairly and that person is Steve Kolenda. I gave Steve an idea of what I was looking for and a price range. He obviously wanted to point out some of their high end models, but when I explained my needs and situation, he was right on board. He showed me a few vehicles, helped me on short notice, and was able to get me in my new ride on the same day. Even with a move taking place, he took time out of his day off to help a friend. If he weren't already a friend, his service, professionalism, and excellence in dealing with a frustrated individual (me), would have earned him a place at my table anytime. Hopefully I'm not in need of a new car anytime soon, but I'll be dealing with Steve again when the time comes and I've already started throwing his name out there. More

We communicated via email and narrowed the search down to a few vehicles to test drive. He hustled. Always quickly responding to my questions. Once at the dealership I wasn't super excited about the options I picked. Stephen encouraged me to look at the Subaru Outback that included all of the items I was searching for (low miles, sunroof, good price). It's amazing! I'm so happy with my purchase. Nicole quickly got the paper work in order and clearly answered all of my questions. The dealership is top notch. The employees are friendly. I would recommend Stephen to friends and family. It was a great experience. Surprising to me I walked away a Subaru Owner. It's not just a car....it's a lifestyle! More
