Once at the dealership I wasn't super excited about the options I picked. Stephen encouraged me to look at the Subaru Outback that included all of the items I was searching for (low miles, sunroof, good price). It's amazing! I'm so happy with my purchase. Nicole quickly got the paper work in order and clearly answered all of my questions. The dealership is top notch. The employees are friendly. I would recommend Stephen to friends and family. As nervous as I was that this salesman was going to give me a typical sales pitch; it was the complete opposite. Steve went out of his way to make sure that I was confident and comfortable with what I was purchasing. I told him my max monthly budget, down payment, and he made it happen beyond my expectations.
