We were approached in the waiting room and asked if we wanted a free estimate on the value of our accord- we figured, sure- we were planning to purchase a second vehicle in the next few years and although we probably weren't going to trade our current car in, we had nothing better to do at the time and our repair was estimated to take one hour. The initial agent was very nice and friendly although wanted to show us a few different cars and get pricing on them before giving us our estimate (should have thrown up a red flag right there). The typical down payment number game was played (rather than giving the price of the car) and when we asked what the trade-in value was, another employee came down to speak to us. He initially also didn't want to just give us the trade value and wanted to play the monthly payment numbers game again, which I do not have a lot of patience for. When he finally told us a number, he said they would give us $1,000 for our 2010 EX-L Accord! It was in a minor accident (which we disclosed beforehand but they acted like we should be shocked by it) where one of the rear airbags had deployed. Other than that, the leather interior and everything else was in perfect condition and the upgraded package. Sure, you're never going to get full price for any car that's had an accident but $1,000 for that nice of a vehicle is a complete insult. The sales agent began telling us that this car was completely unsafe and that NO ONE in Virginia should be driving this car (trying to devalue the trade-in). I pointed out that the only reason we were even there that day was to get an airbag fixed due to a HONDA SAFETY RECALL ISSUE so should no one in Virginia be driving Hondas at all?? He acknowledged that we were right and backed off of that approach. Finally, Stephen came down to speak with us and at this point we were already pretty irritated and it was now two hours we'd been waiting on our car to be fixed so that we could just go. He was also pretty short and a little rude. He acted flabbergasted that we didn't think the $1,000 was a fair tradein price. He asked me (in a very combative manner) what we thought we'd be able to get for it if we were to sell it. I told him that I had no clue since we came here for service only, not to buy a car and I hadn't had the time to do market research but certainly more than $1,000!! Eventually he came up to $7,000 and we said we'd consider it but at this point had other things to do and just needed to get our car and go home. There were a lot of other aggressive and combative methods used to try and bully us into trading in our vehicle when we weren't even there to buy a car in the first place!! We initiated the discussion saying that we were very happy with our current vehicle and had planned to drive it until it eventually broke down but that we would consider a trade if the deal was very tempting but it was unlikely. I had to keep reminding Stephen of that every time he would act like we were in there wasting HIS time or being unreasonable. I have never had a worse experience at a business and especially not at a car dealership. This experience has totally turned me off of this dealership and we will never return to buy a car or have service on our vehicle. It's almost turned me off of Honda as a brand, too! The service guy was super nice but other than him, it was an awful experience all around. More

S I want to express my great satisfaction and fondness for Stephen LaBelle. I recently bought a 2017 Honda Fit. It is my first new car in 25 years. Stephen was personable, very knowledgeable about the car, so very helpful in showing me how things work on it, even connecting my phone to Bluetooth for me. He even drove an hour to deliver the car to me. Now that is service!! I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone who is interested in buying a car at Casey Honda. More

We bought a new 2016 Honda Civic last week (12 Sept 2016) from Stephen LaBelle, and found him to be an excellent sales representative who handled all our questions and fulfilled all our requirements. Don Matol is our service representative for both the Civic and my 2013 Accord EXL, and he is professional, personable, and honest in all our dealings. I highly recommend Casey, Stephen LaBelle, and Don Matol for all your vehicle needs. More

Horrible Customer Service I call this dealership twice about my temporary license plate that expired on 9/3/16. I never received a call back. As of today, 9/6/16, this is the third time I've called and let my name and phone number. Now, I can't drive the vehicle I recently purchased because I don't have a valid license plate. You would think a car dealership would inform their customers of their license plate before their temporary license plate expired, not the other way around. More

This is the second time Don has helped me with my new Accord. He is extremely knowledgeable and well organized . This is my ninth Honda so I have some experience with Accords. The waiting room is full and quiet. Obviously the customers are getting treated well and are satisfied with the service. I have owned the car for three months , have taken it up through the northeast, NJ and NY. The car performs well and every thing works as advertised. I am a happy owner and happy with the service department. Don has been my primary contact. More

I was very disappointed in our sales rep, Stephen LaBelle I went to Casey Honda this past weekend to check out the CR-V LX and at first, Stephen LaBelle, our sales rep, was great - offering for us to take the I went to Casey Honda this past weekend to check out the CR-V LX and at first, Stephen LaBelle, our sales rep, was great - offering for us to take the CR-V overnight to test drive it because we were short on time; however, when we returned the vehicle the following day and sat down to discuss the price with him, I was appalled at the way his demeanor changed. We openly gave him all of our salary, asset, and contact information to run our credit with the expectation he would discuss a lease price with us (we went in with the LX in mind and knew the price, but ended up liking the EX and had no idea what the price was). Well, AFTER running our credit (and showing us it was good), Stephen asked us if we would be willing to buy the car that day -- this was before he told us the price, which was really awkward! How am I supposed to know if I'm buying the car if I don't know how much the car cost? When we couldn't commit, he literally scooted his chair back to see us to the door and basically told us to "have a nice day" -- without having told us ANYTHING about the price of the car!! Stephen then presented us a deal that LOOKED and SOUNDED like the dealership would be paying for our first few months' lease, but was really money back for our own trade-in, which we had also provided all the information about to him. It took asking several questions and reiterating the deal to get him to explain that the money for the "free months" was actually our money back. He literally said, "the money had to come from somewhere." Looking back, this initial deal had the dealership keeping close to $6k for our trade-in. Why would anyone want to put that much down on a lease? We ended up leaving, really turned off by the whole experience. Stephen called us the next day with a better offer, but again, we went back and forth pointing out inconsistencies with what he was saying and what we were actually getting -- at one point he made it seem like they were giving us back more for the trade-in, but had actually added a year onto to the length of the lease! Finally when I told Stephen that the reason we weren't purchasing was because we didn't feel he'd be straight with us about the deal, he changed the terms AGAIN, summarizing our final deal as something completely different than what we had actually discussed. I'm looking forward to getting my CR-V EX but not from this dealership. More
