I explained to her that I haven't done a lease in about 15 years and I was doing this on my own being my husband passed away a few months ago. She explained everything perfectly and answered any questions I had. I also had Steve the sales manager help me out to keep my payment at a comfortable figure. He was just as nice and pleasant as Kailen. They both did their job exceptional and I would recommend them to my family and friends! More
