He spent a lot of time with me and I never felt that he was pressuring me to decide quickly or decide on a Mercedes at all. I could not have had a better experience shopping for a car. I was not pressured to buy a car on the lot which a lot of auto dealers try to force on you. Stephen told me I could order one, though it would take 3 months to get a custom exterior/interior on the model I wanted. I ended up buying a Mercedes GLA which was on the lot in a color I loved. I love this car and feel extremely safe in it. More
