Stephen did a great job of directing us to what cars were on the lot and quickly got us into a test drive. He wasn't pushy and handled things professionally. The sales manager however would not itemize the base price, incentives, tax, title, registration and any extra fees. I asked multiple times and was simply printed the lump numbers on different pieces of paper. It was insulting and a waste of time. More
