Generally I love this dealership and go to them regularly. This visit was to swap my winter tires for my summer tires. The service writers were there usual courteous and efficient and the work was regularly. This visit was to swap my winter tires for my summer tires. The service writers were there usual courteous and efficient and the work was completed in a reasonable time. Unfortunately I didn’t check the work of the tech before I left and when I got home realized that the right front tire wasn’t correctly mounted as the sidewall of the tire wasn’t contacting the wheel edge. Now I have to return again and have this fixed. There is simply no excuse for this kind of mistake as the tech has to look right at the problem when he puts the wheel on the car. Very poor quality control. More

I had to schedule service as my sideview camera had somehow misaligned and was showing me the side of my car I contacted Ziegler via phone and the team was able to find an appointment time early the somehow misaligned and was showing me the side of my car I contacted Ziegler via phone and the team was able to find an appointment time early the next morning as soon as the facilities opened. My advisor was friendly and informative and kept me updated as I waited for my car to be serviced. The fix took about an hour and now everything is functioning as it should. Friendly team, clean facilities and nothing was done or suggested that I had not requested. I will have no issues coming back for my service needs. More

We bought the range rover from them we servicing with them becouse its close,but we were ever happy with quality of the vehicle and capability of solving problems of this deaers mechanics . Computer issu them becouse its close,but we were ever happy with quality of the vehicle and capability of solving problems of this deaers mechanics . Computer issues from the day we bought it, computer/electronics serviced maybe 15times at this location since 2018 there must be something wrong with how service is done here.will use different location from now on. People who work there are polite but I'm not sure about their business agenda I think they are just draining warranty for money and maybe not trying hard to fix problems for good due to income from warranty everytime vechiclecomes back for service . -just ha a key fob change done ,after hour got back home to figur out that it's a samenkey, went back to dealer to figur out why the key is the same with same scratches and etc.after about 30mins of lady at the service desk trying to figur out (very nicely and polite) she found out that only the mechamical parts of the key fab was replaced .I think it should of been explained to the customer before check out to avoid misunderstandings. Small thing but it's a extra trip back for customer due to lack of comunications . -when bought a vechicle was told free car washes are included,now car wash hasn't been working for months and months . Again , it was a bonus but it's not there anymore . More
