Our search for a used car was narrowing down and upon describing our needs to Stephen, he researched what he thought would be best options for us. My wife and I went to Apple Ford to search for a family vehicle. As we approached a vehicle of our interest, Stephen Peters walked out and kindly introduced himself to us. My wife and I had several questio vehicle. As we approached a vehicle of our interest, Stephen Peters walked out and kindly introduced himself to us. My wife and I had several questions for him such as financing options, down payment amount, and credit check. Stephen was able to answer all our questions and gave my wife and me the peace of mind that we were looking for. We knew then and there that we wanted to go with Apple Ford as our vehicle provider. After answering our questions, Stephen offered us a test drive on the vehicle of our liking. After the test drive my wife and I still wanted to see other options. Stephen was very courteous and asked us to come inside and see a selection of vehicles on their website. We saw a vehicle of our liking and within our price range, but it was located at one of their other dealerships. Without hesitation, Stephen called and set for that vehicle to be brought to Apple Ford. When we left Apple Ford that evening all our questions were answered and our vehicle of our liking would be brought over to be test driven. That is what I call customer service. The next day, my wife and I test drove the vehicle and know it was "the one!" Stephen did an awesome job of helping my wife and I find our family vehicle. My wife and I are very happy that we choose Apple Ford. Their staff was very kind and generous making us feel confident with our purchase. My wife and I recommend Stephen Peters or any other Apple Ford staff member, but most important of all we most definitely recommend Apple Ford for your next vehicle purchase! More

We arrived at Apple Ford Shakopee looking for a used Fusion. We "bumped" into Stephen. He let us know that the car we need to see was showcased inside. I went to a ton of dealerships looking for a Saturn Vue. I had amazing service everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. They did everything they could to make sure I got the car I wanted at the right price! I got a GREAT deal on my saturn! I love it!
