Upon pulling up in my rental car, I was immediately greeted by Jeff Mitchell. Upon learning this was my first visit, he immediately directed all of his attention to me; assessing my needs/wants, test driving multiple vehicles, looking for vehicles online, giving advice on the purchase process, and in general making certain my experience was enjoyable and flowed smoothly. Having looked at numerous vehicles within the past week (Acura RDX, Acura MDX, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Cadillac SRX, Lexus RX , Audi Q5, Infiniti FX, Lincoln MDX, plus several others), Jeff listened to my musings of pros/cons among my favorites, shared his own experiences with a GLK, and was patient with my processing of information to find the perfect fit. At the end of a very long day, I went home in my new ML 350; the entire process was facilitated by an excellent team who went out of their way to make my experience a positive one. More
